We take pride in producing a great selection of quality IQF, skinless, molded, folded, married, shaped, boneless and minced seafood to the Food Service and Retail industries. We mainly catch our own fish, but also source carefully selected alternative raw material locally as well as abroad. Our range also includes a variety of non-targeted, run-of-catch bycatches ranging from Horse Mackerel to Angel. In addition to these products, we offer a canned pilchard range in tomato and chilli.
