Erica Refurbished + in class

2021 Erica received in-class status.  The benefit of such status is that no annual refit was necessary and dry docking would only need to take place every 3 years. Safety surveys will still need to be done annually.   She can also now be sailed under any flag if we were required to charter out the vessel.
